Who we are

A foundation built around listening first.

We are a small Norwegian organisation that believes useful support starts with the people who live with the problem. Our role is to bring structure, funding and follow-through to work that communities already know is needed.

Every programme we plan is designed with local partners, reviewed openly, and published with its assumptions intact — including the things we get wrong.
