What we collect
When you contact us, apply to volunteer, enquire about partnership, or subscribe to updates, we store the details you provide: name, email, phone number and the content of your message. We collect nothing else and no tracking profiles are built.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to you, manage applications and enquiries, and — with your consent — send the updates you asked for. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Where it is kept
Submissions are stored in our secured database with strict access rules: only authorised administrators can read them. Data is processed in line with applicable data-protection law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for reasonable record-keeping, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email info@gabrielafonds.online and we will respond promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the new version will be published here with the date of the change.
