GABRIELAFONDS is a Norway-based organisation. We exist to bring structure, funding and follow-through to work that communities already know is needed.
Our story
Started with a simple frustration.
Too much well-intended support is designed far away from the people it is meant to serve. GABRIELAFONDS was founded in Norway to work differently: begin with long conversations, partner with people already trusted locally, and stay small enough to be accountable.
We are at the beginning of that work. Programme locations, partners and results will be published here as they are confirmed — never before.

We begin with long conversations, not proposals. Communities describe the problem in their own terms before anything is designed.

We work through people and organisations already trusted locally, adding resources and structure rather than replacing them.

Programmes start small, stay practical, and are adjusted openly when something is not working.

Measure
We publish what we set out to do, what happened, and what we would change — including the parts that fell short.
